How payment works
Please transfer the full amount to one of the bank accounts shown at checkout and include your order code as the transfer reference.
We begin processing only after the transfer is confirmed.

Payment and delivery
Artiani orders are confirmed by bank transfer. After you place an order, you will see the transfer details on screen and receive the same instructions by email.
Below is a short guide to payment, delivery, paintings, and order tracking.
Delivery timing and fee
Delivery in Tbilisi costs 5 GEL and usually takes about 3–4 working days from transfer confirmation.
Delivery to regions costs 10 GEL and usually takes about 5–6 working days from transfer confirmation.
One-of-a-kind paintings
Paintings are one-of-a-kind works. After placing an order for a painting, it is reserved for 20 minutes while we wait for your bank transfer.
If you are transferring from another bank, please send the transfer receipt to app.droze@gmail.com, because interbank transfers may take longer than 20 minutes to appear.
If the transfer is not confirmed within this time, the painting reservation will be released. If another client joins the queue and the previous client's transfer is received afterward, the queued client will receive a refund to the same account they used for the transfer.
Tracking your order
You can track your order with your order code and your email or phone number.
On the profile page you can follow the current stage of your order, including awaiting payment, processing, and shipping updates.
